Its simple...if you drink, don' t tell anyone, or let anyone see you. Do it in friend's apartments, and don't go to bars. Drinking isnt always fun...it can ruin your grades. And, you probably won't have anyone to even drink with at byu...they all care about their grades too much. There may be a handful of rebels, but if you want to go to such a prestigious school, dont drink... Especially if you plan to participate in a collegiate sport. It's easy not to drink. Join clubs, study more and definitely HANG OUT WITH FRIENDS...you will actually remember your nights better and have a lasting college experience if you remember what happened the night before and not drink away. Drinking doesn't always equal fun. Spend your drinking money on coll dorm stuff or video games or whatever it is you like to do.

Sure, you can have a different weapon set (a staff I presume?) when you want to go spellcasting, but personally, I don't care for the extra micromanagement required. Also, if you're going to be switching from a melee tank to a ranged caster now and then, you might want to bring a backup tank. Just another thing you might want to consider.

Getting rid of neighbors?

I live in an apartment complex. The neighbors directly across from me look in the windows all the time, shout obscenities, leave their trash on the patio, double park in parking places, etc. They are just a general nuissance. My family has about had it with them and the other neighbors on this section agree. The neighbors' kids say that they have actually followed them to the store and such. They are just generally creepy. Anyone have ideas on steps to take to get rid of them or chase them out? Landlords won't help and I have had them ticketed for double parking but it doesn't seem to do any good. Moving really isn't an option. Thanks in advance

STRAY CATS FIGHTING HELP!?

there are two black cats about the same size that hang around my house,i think they are sibblings. they are always together, but they are always fighting! they moan and growl and BAM! attack each other. one riped out the fur of the other one, i thought he had a mouse in his mouth, but it was a tuft of fur! i also have a very sweet docile out door cat (she's sorta tame but we cant take her in, dont worry she's spayed) she hangs around our house all day and we feed her 3 times a day and she has a healthy coat and weight. is she in danger of the other cats? also sometimes i go out and brake up the fights, but would they come at me? they are not rabid, they show none of the symptoms, and this has been going on for months. what do i do? i dont want them to get hurt, and they look kinda scrawny, and i cant feed them because, one is always with the other, and when they're together there fighting. so they are too tense to stop and eat.

My husband just suffered a spinal cord injury in the C6 vertebrae. Where do i start?

First of all is he in the hospital? Spine injuries are very dangerous and needs to be seen by a neurologist right away. Some spinal injuries will be ok in time but your husbands seems like he needs to be treated right away. If it is his c6 that means that the spinal injury is in his neck. that seems wrong because the neck spinal cord controls the use of his arms and the L spine (the spine in your lower back) controls his legs. I know this because I just had spine surgery in my neck for C-4@5 and 5@6.last April. I have a plate holding my new bones together. I also have problems with my L series as well.and my legs go out on me. Either way did your husband have an MRI or a cat scan? MRI is the best to see the problem? Anyway your husband should be treated by a specialist. The best thing to do for him yourself is just be there for him, spine injuries are very painful. I know because I was there myself.

I've got some seriously picky kiddos and want to find a way to sneak more good stuff into the few things they will actually eat. My 9 yo daughter will not eat any fruit or vegetables but apples. I've tried everything including offering money and force feeding them to her. She declined the money and threw up in the trash can when I forced her. Not one of my finer parenting moments but I am desperate! My son is not quite as picky but he isn't the best eater in the world either. Ford truck wont go into any gear?

i just got done installing a new clutch on a 2001 ford f150 4wd and now the transmission wont go in to any gear(5spd). I can move the shifter and it feels like its in neutral and when i spin the driveshaft it spins freely. I looked in the bell housing while having a istant check to make sure the clutch is engaging/disengaging and it is. But if i start it for a second it doesnt seem like something it properly working(runs rough).

Should I count the calories in vegetables?

alright so im nearing the end of my diet. I have FULLY leaned out in every part of my body exept on my upper abdomen and lower abdomen. however i can already see the fat in my upper abdomen starting to shrink ever since ive stepped up the intensity of my cardio and weight training, and ever since i upped my caloric intake from 1500 calories to 1900 calories. I can also tell the viceral fat in my lower abdomen is starting to melt because I bloat less everyday after eating. so my question is, when counting calories, should i count the calories that go into vegetables? I eat a lot of vegetables for supper to accompany my fish or chicken dishes, mostly things like broccoli, carrots, asparagus, celery, green beans etc... they help me fill up. I never put anything on them, exept for pepper, and sometimes salt or haft a teaspoon of olive margarine, but thats it. so should I worry counting the calories in vegetables now that im nearing my fat loss goal?

Can someone help me remember this novel with a huge, blue sea monster on the cover?

I just remember that the cover had this giant leviathan (he/she looked angry) facing a teenager/young adult in a wooden boat in the middle of the ocean. What you experienced is vaso-vagal syncope. It has to do with touching your eye. You may have less of an issue if you touch your own eye. I have had a patient who was a successful contact lens wearer that just about ped out on me when I checked his pressure. You need to let your eye doctor know about your past experiences when you make the appointment. We generally like to put your contact in for you the first time because we can do it quicker than we can teach you how to do it. I am sure your doctor does not want to have another experience like you have had in the past.

i was taking 800 mgs of seroquel. when i attempted suicide my doctor took me off of seroquel as it obviously wasn't working for me anymore. 800 mgs is the highest amount that you can take in a 24 hour day. i had been on it for a number of years but had no side effects at all when i came off of it cold turkey. i am sorry to hear that you did have problems coming off of it.

Are doctors retarded or is my sickness all in my head?

Ok. I have to lay out a little history here for you to understand. I started getting realIly sick when I was pregnant with my youngest son. My back was always hurting really bad and I felt that something was wrong, but the doctors told me I was fine. I kept going into preterm labor and they had to keep me on meds to stop it. I finally had him a month early but he was ok. I was not however. I was put on so many medicines over the next year and then called all kinds of things including medicine seeker, faker, hypochondriac etc. I was very upset because I knew something was wrong. I had gestational diabetes when I was pregnant and it never went all the way away. My sugar is high every other time I get a blood test, but the docs seem to think that's ok. My heart also started beating too fast. I was finally put on a heart and a diabetes medication. My heart slowed down and my diabetes eased up. (My sugar is still high on every third or fourth blood test). My heart rate stayed at 145bpm and docs said that was ok. Then my heart rate jumped to 265bpm one day and they had to do a cardioversion. It sucked, but my heart rate went down to 135 and stayed there. Then all hell broke loose. I started having terrible pain all over. My stomach and back hurt really bad and I started throwing up all the time. The docs kept me in the hospital a few times, then let me go home. (Mind you at this time I had my appendix out already). I kept going back with terrible pains and throwing up. They gave me meds to stop the nausea and sent me home with pain meds. I didn't get better. Then they found that I had a very large ovary from a cyst gone crazy, so they drained it. Pardon this, but I also developed a heavy menstrual flow that did not stop. They found that my uterus was HUGE and took it out along with the cervix since there were early stage cancer cells. Then my left ovary started acting up and developing cysts, so they took THAT out. I started to grow scar tissue that messed up my insides and made bowel obstructions, so they fixed that and wrapped it all up in mesh to stop that problem. This was all within a few short months. I was EXHAUSTED!! The sickness and pain did not stop, so they went through months of putting me on psychiatric meds including valium. I started having NEW symptoms. I started having numbness and tingling in my left arm at first, then it moved to my right side and I even got sent to the ICU one day when my whole body went numb and I fell to the floor in a heap. My right eye went dark for a few hours and it took two days to get all the feeling back. They did millions of tests and they all came back ok. They sent me home. They finally put me on a heart med cause of the tachycardia and that helped take away the numbness problems. Next, I started getting really dizzy and started throwing up in spite of the nausea meds. I was still in alot of pain all the time and I was so tired. I really reached a low point and wanted to just die and get it over with. I got called all the names again since all the tests were coming up ok according to the docs. Then I developed a pericardial effusion (that's fluid in the sac surrounding the heart). They did alot more blood tests and sent me to all the specialists you can imagine including rheumatology. Nothing. They did a pericardial tap and took out the fluid. The tests came back with no answers. I was quite frustrated. I knew I was really really sick, but nothing was telling me anything. I live in a small town and the nurses at the hospital were getting mean with me and starting rumors about how I was just wanting drugs. It sucked. Then I got (pardon me for real) unending diarrhea. They did a nuclear scan and found that my gallbladder was not functioning AT ALL!! So, another surgery and it was out. Then two weeks later I broke my three ribs on that same side as the surgery. (boy did THAT suck!) Then because of the dizziness, I ped out in my bathroom, fell into the tub and broke my tailbone. Yes, by this time I was still having dizziness, nausea, vomiting, pain, diarrhea,and insomnia. BAD BAD BAD. I have lived that way for MONTHS now. Out of the blue a few months ago, I had a grand mal seizure. (tonic clonic). Again, more meds and more tests..... all normal. (When symptoms stopped bothering me or went away, I stopped meds that could interact on my own cause I HATE taking meds. When I told the docs, they said that was ok. ) AND.... finally..... I know, it's alot..... three weeks ago, I got confused and forgot who I was etc. and spent a day at the hospital I don't remember. I found out later after I was home. I still have no idea what happened to me. I was told by family. I called the doc and he told me that I had a lupus test that came back positive. I told MY doc and they just said, well, let's do nothing since it is not causing problems. Can you imagine my dumbfounded look on my face? yeah. Then I got hit with pain so bad a few weeks later (two weeks ago) and I went to the h

I would like to know the steps onto becoming a CRNA ( nurse anesthetist )?

I understand that the first step onto achieving this would be to rec'vd a BS in Nursing, then work in ICU for a year (not sure) then attend a program for anesthesiology....Right??? HOw long is the program? And understanding its tough to get accpeted into the program for anesthesiology what should my GPA be around, and what should i do to stand out. And how would I get accepted into the program. Do i still need to take the MCAT? Thats only for med school right. I would love to be a MD but 10 years of school including residency is too much for me, but if becoming a CRNA takes 8 years then why not go for Med School. Also, I heard the CRNA does more then the Anesthesiologist. They sit back and watch until the CRNA ask them for help. How much do CRNAs make in S. CALIFORNIA? so I had a dinner date tonight with this nice guy from school, named lil Dookie..........well we went to burger king, which never agrees with my stomach, but I eat it cuz its so good. How do I get my puppy to calm down?

Walk her a lot, twice a day for 30 min each would be a good starting point. They behave better when they get enough exercise. When she starts biting give a stern "No!" and have a toy ready so as soon as she stops you can engage her with something she should be working on. If that doesn't work, give her a short time-out in the kennel, 2 or 3 minutes for her to settle down a little, chill out. When it gets to be too much you can let yourself off the hook, give her a kong filled with a bit of canned food or a little peanut er smeared in it. That will keep her out of trouble for a little bit.

Bf wants to join the Air Force? What should I do?

My boyfriend's dad was in the army, and my guy commented recently on how he may join the Air Force when he gets out of college. He has all these dreams of being in the military even though he's asthmatic and blind in one eye. Although I've heard that Airmen have a less dangerous life than guys in the army, I still don't want to be with a military guy, especially if we have to move all the time or he gets sent overseas. At the time, I wanted to say, "You can do it without me." But I didn't because I didn't know if it would be wise to issue an ultimatum if he didn't even know he wanted to do it. Should I say anything about it the next time he brings it up, or broach the subject myself? I don't want to wait for him to graduate and be with me, only to have him decide he's going to join the Air Force and go God knows where. Am I wrong to feel this way? Should I worry at all? How do I deal with this?

Just talking and got your collar bone dislocated, huh? Right. Well, you didn't really expect miracles in just two days did you? A dislocation means you popped the bones out of place, and those are now back in place. The shoulder joint is actually made up of three different bones- the clavicle(collar bone), scapula(shoulder blade), and humerus(bone of the upper arm). I'm going to ume you actually dislocated the clavicle, as that's what you said was the problem. In that case, you actually have things back where they belong and there aren't any bone parts shifting around. But the tendons, ligaments, and muscles which hold all those things in place have been stretched beyond what they like and will tolerate without a fuss. That fuss is what you have now, and the reason for the pain pills. There just isn't anything else you can really do except keep your arm in that sling and not use the arm at all until those tendons have had a rest. By not using the arm, you give them a chance to repair the damage done to them in that conversation. You can try applying ice to the shoulder to help with some of the inflammation, as well as taking something like Motrin to help. As the inflammation goes away, so will the pain. I don't suggest taking 3 percocets and trying to go to school. Most likely you won't go anywhere if you do that. You can also try tying the arm to your body, around your chest, along with the sling- at night, so you aren't having the arm droop to your side in your sleep. I also suggest a pillow for support and to discourage you trying to lie on that side. I can't say how long it's going to hurt, as that depends exactly on what and how much was damaged. I can tell you it will likely be at least a week or so-so you want to get accustomed to that sling. Handy place to stash pencils and pocket money anyway- even if it's not stylish. I'd also advise being a little more careful who you talk to in the future. That must be some conversation, if it dislocates things.

Motion Sickness driving/watching TV, mild headaches?

Hi, any one ever experience this? Sometimes when I am watching tv i feel like i can't concentrate/focus on the screen, like i have to look away for a second, like a mild motion sickness feeling. It can also occur when I am driving or on my PC at work. Its not constant and i might not get it for weeks at a time. Its hard to explain, its like i feel a little dizzy or woozy. My sight itself seems fine, a tiny bit blurry but barely noticeable. And then it will be gone totally. Its just more unpleasant and annoying than anything. I am getting married soon, maybe its stress realted with financial worries? altho i think i have it a while now. i rarely get head aches alto sometimes this will accompany a mild pressure headache, but not always, not even usually. Its more slight dizziness, mild nausea and difficulty focusing. Like motion sickness. Any ideas? I only started wearing gles in the last 18 months and I dont recall this problem prior to that. Why is there so much noise and softness from my Sigma 10-20mm?

Could be a bad copy of the lens. I had one (for Canon) with the same problem, sent it back and my replacement was 100 times better. Third party lenses are a crap shoot. The same can be said with brand lenses, but it happens at a much lower rate. There is a reason beyond the name for the price difference. Not saying can or should be able to afford Canon gl all the time. I can't either, but you do get what you pay for with lenses.

Pregnancy symptoms but negative tests?
