Would this constitute as ?

I was using public transportation in my home town back in Asia (I do not wish to mention the name for security reasons) when a gang of young man began to har a young woman on the bus. They then proceeded to strip this woman down to nothing and then, one-by-one, began to onto her face (while video taping the whole ordeal). They then proceeded to drench the young woman in gasoline and, at the nearest bus stop, forced her out of the bus, set her ablaze, and then put two bullets in her kneecaps. Should I be concerned about what I have seen?
