How to get ride of two tones on face...?

i am a punjabi . I have just taken a hair cut due to some problem . But now the problem is that i've got two tones on my face. My forehead is to fair because it was covered with turban and rest of my face is little darker. . .Can some tel me how to get my face in one tone. .?
