Hematology mch & mvp test?

If my test for mch is 31.5 (said to be high) and my mpv is 6.9 (said to be low) what does that mean? I also have Vitamin D low of 23, and platelets 396. I have had melanoma and I get these tests done every year. never had a reading with lows and highs and never this low on D. my sister has cancer and they always talk about how low her vit. D is! what does it all mean?
