Ford truck wont go into any gear?

i just got done installing a new clutch on a 2001 ford f150 4wd and now the transmission wont go in to any gear(5spd). I can move the shifter and it feels like its in neutral and when i spin the driveshaft it spins freely. I looked in the bell housing while having a istant check to make sure the clutch is engaging/disengaging and it is. But if i start it for a second it doesnt seem like something it properly working(runs rough).
