I lost altair's armor D':?

I was in asin's creed 2 and I had opbtained altair;'s armor....later on in the game i wanted to see if I could add onto it, being the idiot i am, I lost it....and now idk how to equip it again, could someone help me god!!! pleaseeeeee!!!!
