My double glazing rubber sealing strips are looking tired and flat. Any lubricant to bring them to health?

Try an auto accessory shop for 'Seek and Seal' this is made for rejuvenating car windscreen rubbers so it should OK for your purpose. It's available in the UK, I don't know where you are, but something similar should be available.
