Fall recipes? Trying to outdo my famous apple pie..?

Every year for halloween and thanksgiving I always make an excellent apple pie for the family but this year Id like to try something new. I want it to be a dessert, preferably with apples but not neccessary, anything holiday orientated would be great too. Thanks in advance!!
