AM I SDSU MATERIAL?????

ok i want to go to SDSU since my parents r moving to San Diego. I have a 3.5 GPA (4.5 weighted) with at least 2 AP cl per year. Also, i just took the SAT for the first and i got a1050/1600... i know horrible (should i take it again or take the ACT). my mom is an anchor woman so i showed her my application essay and she praised me for my writin talents (doesnt happen often lol). soooo... what are my chances of getting in San Diego State. idk if this even matters, but im 75% african american and 25% Middle Eastern, and im the youngest person in our cl of 2011. For extra curricular activities4 years of football, 2 years of track, 2 years of student council, and 2 years of powerlifting.
