Which one would unite the Democratic party?

It sounds like you've already decided it is #1...I think that committed Dems will get behind which ever one wins the nomination...about 1/3 of this nation ALWAYS votes Dem...another 1/3 ALWAYS votes Repub....the question is always that middle 1/3 of the voters...the bickering and mud-slinging of the Dem nomination battle is really alienating that middle 1/3...and it doesn't show signs of stopping...
