A question for teens about parent/teen relationships...?

Being a teen is fun, but it can also be hard, becacuse we often struggle with our parents... (No surprises there), and I'll be the first to admit that my relationship with my parents is rocky at best. Anyway, my question is do you ever seek advice from another parent or grownup, or do you feel like it's better to talk to someone your own age?
