Is this a good summarry of the wind in the willows?

In the book it’s spring time in a fine-weathered day, a Mole loses his patience because of his spring cleaning and decides to leave his underground home to get some fresh air. Then he comes across a river that he has never seen before, and he meets Ratty who spends all his days by the river. Rat takes mole on his rowing boat and they end up spending a lot of time together near the river, with rat teaching mole the ways of the river
