Where can i but this kind of clothing?

i'm sure everybody knows the show gossip girl and that its filmed in new york city. i live in new york and i love the way blair waldorf dresses. can anybody give some hints in where to find like the headbands, the skirts, the tops, the dresses where i can get some stuff like hers. thanxx
