Could I still audition for JYP/YG/SM?

I guess you can if you're really talented and pretty. Sandara Park and Park Bom of 2ne1 were born in 1984 but they debuted just this year (I know Dara was some kind of celebrity in Philippines but I know nothing about Bom).... they might have been training a lot earlier but still I mean they are kinda old and Victoria of f(x) was born in 1987 and she debuted just recently. So I think you can audition and even if you train for 4 or 5 years you'd be just the age of Dara and Bom.
