Which Cheshire Cat in Alice in wonderland freaked you out the most?

i was watching alice in wonderland,played kingdom hearts and saw it, and read the book and watched 3 different versions of the movie and outta all the characters teh cheshire cat caught my attention the most. i mean in the disney one its just a talkin cat, in tim burtons its a cute little talkin cat, but in the 1990's ALice, whoopi goldberg's cheshire cat scared the HECK outta me i think american mcgee's cheshire cat looks bad because it looks like a statue and not a cat
