Would you tell someone it looked bad?

If one of your friends or aqutainence or family members came to work/school/your house with a hideous new hairdo or a shockingly ugly outfit or just ANYTHING you can't even fathom why they did/have it would you be honest and tell them how you really feel? Or would you tell them "it looks nice" or "how cute" or whatever it is you say. Now answer this honestly... i want to know how many people would..thanks.
