What are the implications of Rahm Emmanuel's statement?

He said something to the effect that a crisis, like this economic crisis, should be exploited. "Never waste a big crisis," he said. Well, he is not wasting this crisis. He seems to be leading this blitzkrieg to p the "stimulus package" and take control of the U.S. Census. Is Emmanuel running this and not Obama or not? My instincts says he is. He comes from a line of Trotskivite Zionists from Russia and Israel. They control most of the media and that has profound implications.
