University advice- honest opinion, easy points?

Its simple...if you drink, don' t tell anyone, or let anyone see you. Do it in friend's apartments, and don't go to bars. Drinking isnt always fun...it can ruin your grades. And, you probably won't have anyone to even drink with at byu...they all care about their grades too much. There may be a handful of rebels, but if you want to go to such a prestigious school, dont drink... Especially if you plan to participate in a collegiate sport. It's easy not to drink. Join clubs, study more and definitely HANG OUT WITH FRIENDS...you will actually remember your nights better and have a lasting college experience if you remember what happened the night before and not drink away. Drinking doesn't always equal fun. Spend your drinking money on coll dorm stuff or video games or whatever it is you like to do.

How much to charge for a parkin on a hill where it is difficult to find parking.(Northern California)?

I have an empty car port that I own and I live on a hill in northern california (marin to be exact) where it is often difficult to find parking. One of my Neighbors offered to pay me so that they could use the parkin. I don't want to charge too much because They are my Neighbors but I also don't want to charge too little. (No less than 75$ a month)
